Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by email. All inquiries made beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Once we have determined that your items are eligible for return you will be sent a USPS shipping label via email. Upon arrival, we will process your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@athletishapparel.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include the following information in your return request:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Any photos related to the return (if applicable)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made with items that are still available on the website. Excess inventory will not be kept to accommodate exchanges. You will need to reach out to us at customer.service@athletishapparel.com to request a return. We will then process the return and you can move forward with purchasing the correct items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and your refund is sent. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
